Return & withdrawal policy – Shyrdam

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

2. Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
It must be returned in the original packaging.

Due to the handmade nature of textile products, all returns will be carefully inspected upon receipt.

3. Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using tracked and insured shipping, as Shyrdam is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transport.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days of approval, using the original payment method.

If the item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary for inspection, a partial refund may apply reflecting the item’s reduced value.

5. Non-returnable items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized rugs.
Products made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to individual preferences.
Items returned after the 14-day withdrawal period.
